    • PCI-1203

      The PCI-1203 is a 2-port EtherCAT PCI Universal card. It is a ready-to-use EtherCAT development platform for all PC-based industrial automation. The EtherCAT protocol stack is executed autonomously on the PCI card. It allows the host to handle up to two EtherCAT networks with extremely short cycle time for Motion and pure I/O applictions. For EtherCAT motion port, communication cycle time is no more than 500 μs for connecting 32 axes of servo motors and for fast I/O ports the cycle time is no more than 200us in a high speed I/O system. There are 4 - channel isolated digital outputs and 8 - channel isolated inputs on the PCI-1203 to meet the extra high speed I/O requirements. Real-time and high-precision capability are features of PCI-1203. In addition, all Advantech motion controllers use the "Common Motion API" architecture which is a unified user programming interface and graphical utility. This architecture saves application maintenance and upgrades. Programmers can benefit from using any Advantech SoftMotion controller without changing large amounts of the application code. User-friendly examples decrease programming load, helping users complete configuration and diagnosis easily.

      Outperformed other high performance motion cards, the ARC1040/ARC1080 features EtherCAT protocol and CNC control kernel, which supports G/M code and may easily achieve multi-axis synchronous control at CNC level.     Advantech „Machine Vision“ ist ein voll integriertes Bildverarbeitungssystem in einem kompakten, „intelligenten“ Kameraformat. Die Bildverarbeitungssysteme können über eine Ethernetverbindung von einem PC oder Fabriknetzwerk ferngesteuert konfiguriert und überwacht werden. Kleine und robuste Geräte können ganz einfach in bestehende Produktionslinien, Maschinen und Transportgeräte integriert werden. Advantechs „Machine Vision“ mit integriertem opto-isolierten E/A-Anschluss ist für den direkten Anschluss an die entsprechenden Steuergeräte geeignet. Ein 10/100-BaseT-Ethernetport ermöglicht den Zugriff für die Installation und Überwachung und eine Laufzeitkontrolle. Standardmäßige Kommunikationsprotokolle und eine passive PoE-Unterstützung (Power over Ethernet) laufen über nur eine Schnittstelle.       The PCIE-1172/1174 series is a PCI Express® dual/quad channel frame grabber for two/four independent GigE Vision cameras. They feature GoE(GigE Vision Offload Engine), PoE(Power over Ethernet) and ToE(Trigger over Ethernet) for high performance, robust and reliable machine vision applications.   • Verteilte Motion Control-Lösung

    Die verteilten Bewegungssteuerungsprodukte der AMONet RS-485-Serie werden als Slave-Modul und als Master-Karte kategorisiert. Die AMAX-1220/1240/2240 -Serien werden für die Erhöhung der Achsanzahl für verteilte Bewegungssteuerungsnetzwerke verwendet. Die AMAX-1750/2750-Serie erweitert die digitalen I/O-Kapazitäten jedes digitalen Eingangsmoduls, wodurch das Volumen der Verdrahtung zwischen Treiber und Controller reduziert wird. Während die Master-Karte im Host-PC verbleibt, erfassen die Master-Karten PCI-1202U und PCM-3202P die Informationen und veröffentlichen diese für den jeweiligen Host-PC. Der Vorteil von AMONet RS-485 ist die Kompatibilität mit den Motortreibern verschiedener Hersteller wie Panasonic, Mitsubishi und Yaskawa. Die AMONet-Serie richtet sich damit gezielt an das Problem der steigenden Ausgaben für die Verdrahtung und Wartung dieser verteilten Bewegungssteuerungssysteme.

  • Anschlussleisten nach DIN

    Eine DIN-Schienen-Terminalplatine ist eine Verdrahtungsplatine mit dedizierten Anschlüssen für die Motoren der Panasonic Minas A-Serie, der Mitsubishi MR-J2S-Serie und der Yaskawa Sigma 2-Serie. Mit dieser Platine kann der Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand bei der Verkabelung deutlich reduziert werden. Jede Verdrahtungsplatine der ADAM-3900-Serie besitzt einen DIN-Schienen-Befestigungsanschluss und besteht aus universellen Schraubanschlussmodulen für die Feldsignalverdrahtung in industriellen Anwendungen. Sie können an den analogen und digitalen Ports von Advantech-Produkten, wie z.B. der PCL-Serie, angeschlossen werden.
